Project Northern Lights - Summer Staff - Marseille, France

Every summer thousands of North African Muslims return to their homelands via ferries departing from across Southern Europe. Over the course of two months, you will receive training in Leadership, Evangelism, Mentoring, Leading Devotionals, Distribution of Christian Material, Prayer Walking, rudimentary language skills, and a basic overview of Islam. Our summer staff lead volunteer teams reaching North African Muslims.

Mission Internship - 18-day Intensive - Frankfurt, Germany

18-day discipleship and mission training experience set in the urban heart of Frankfurt and Offenbach, Germany. This program is designed for young adults in Europe who want to grow in gospel confidence, cross-cultural ministry, and team-based mission in one of the most spiritually unreached regions of the continent.

Language Needed: English (translation available into German, Mandarin, and Korean)

Dates: February 11-28, 2026

Mission Internship - 40-day Intensive - Frankfurt, Germany

Attend 3 training sessions per week focused on entry, evangelism, discipleship, church planting, leadership development, and healthy exit. Participate in “Urban Engagement Labs” (for example: prayer walking, evangelism in the city, neighborhood mapping, spiritual conversation exercises, etc.) Serve alongside church plants and local ministries. Build cross-cultural relationships in parks, cafés, homes, and public spaces. Reflect, journal, and grow through mentoring and community.

North African Focused - Madrid, Spain

North African immigrants are the largest immigrant group in Spain. They come from Muslim countries where the gospel is restricted. However, in Spain there is a freedom of religion. Come to Spain, take advantage of the access that we are given and share the team here engage the North Africans with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Evangelism Team - Montreal, Canada

Proclaim the gospel to North African and Middle Eastern immigrants and refugees in one of the most diverse cities in North America. You will seek to meet North African and Middle Eastern peoples through a variety of entry and evangelism strategies including meeting people in parks, streets, and businesses, intentional prayer walking, community service, Bible distributions, and follow-up meetings with seekers who have been identified through social media.

Student Focused Church Planting - Paris, France

Work with our existing teams in various cultural exchange, sports evangelism and creative outreach projects. Participate in regular team activities, meet new people, build relationships and share the gospel. Join in the life of a new church and serve alongside our national partners.

Church Planting - Strasbourg, France

Engage in creative outreach, hospitality, and community service while building meaningful connections. Serve with a small but growing church, using your gifts in evangelism through activities like coffee outreach, language classes, family ministries, arts, or sports. Ministry is flexible, allowing room for work or studies while being mentored and equipped for gospel impact.

Church Planting Creatives Focus - Paris, France

Work with our existing teams by joining existing projects, connecting with new people and sharing the gospel. Use music, art, and everyday life to build relationships and create opportunities for gospel proclamations. Join in our team meetings, outreach activities, and participate in the life of a new church plant.

University Student Catalyst - Maputo, Mozambique

Many Mozambican young adults come to Maputo seeking opportunities for a quality education and a better life. They are the future leaders of this country and could also be the future leaders in Mozambique. This assignment will give the worker the opportunity to impact these students with hope in this important period of transition in their lives. Our goal is that through your work and the work of those you pour into, every student in Maputo will hear and will grow. This assignment will have a country-wide and international impact.

You will work together with a team of dedicated colleagues, national and international partners to engage and mobilize the next generation. You will make an impact for advancement in and beyond Mozambique for years to come. You will address broad seed sowing amidst such profound growth, especially in urban settings and among Mozambique’s future leaders.

Urban International Church Planting Support - Germany

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to support the ministries of English-speaking, International Baptist churches in the German cities of Cologne, Bonn, Essen, and Aachen. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders of these international Baptist churches to disciple and equip the local body of believers, reach out to the lost, and serve the community. The long-term goal is to plan new German-speaking churches in these cities, raise up national leaders so that locals are stewarding the missionary task.

As a seed sower and planter, you will work in two domains. Your primary area of focus will involve reaching the many Unreached and Unengaged people groups who are accessible in Mali. The secondary area would involve providing leadership, and guidance to a group of Chinese believers who are young believers desiring to see a new work among the Chinese of Bamako.
