Project Northern Lights - Summer Staff - Marseille, France

Every summer thousands of North African Muslims return to their homelands via ferries departing from across Southern Europe. Over the course of two months, you will receive training in Leadership, Evangelism, Mentoring, Leading Devotionals, Distribution of Christian Material, Prayer Walking, rudimentary language skills, and a basic overview of Islam. Our summer staff lead volunteer teams reaching North African Muslims.

Mission Internship - 18-day Intensive - Frankfurt, Germany

18-day discipleship and mission training experience set in the urban heart of Frankfurt and Offenbach, Germany. This program is designed for young adults in Europe who want to grow in gospel confidence, cross-cultural ministry, and team-based mission in one of the most spiritually unreached regions of the continent.

Mission Internship - 40-day Intensive - Frankfurt, Germany

Arua Refugee Catalyst - Uganda

Refugees in Uganda: Due to conflict in Sudan, South Sudan and Democratic Republic of the Congo, refugees have flooded into Uganda from many unreached areas. It is a unique situation where we have access to multiple unengaged and unreached people groups in one place and they are open to listen. The population of refugees is approximately 1.6 million, but they represent a population of much greater numbers in their home countries.

Target Hub Lead/Church Planter - Paris, France

As a target hub lead you will develop and nurture a small crew to target a specified geographical, cultural and/or ethnic area of the Paris region. Healthcare Engagement, Empowerment, and Evangelism - Bucharest, Romania

Come and work alongside experienced missionaries in Eastern Europe! Based in Romania, you will help Romanian believers minister using Healthcare strategies as well as offering help in training on Ultrasound use, encouraging, and mobilizing the Romanian church to reach their community. With ultrasound examination skills, there are many ways to serve, working closely with local partners through the Romanian Baptist Union. Depending on your skillset and current team needs, you may be focused on a subset of the general population including university students, Ukrainian refugees, Roma villages, medical students and professionals.

Reaching Muslim Immigrants in Romania - Bucharest, Romania

We need a single male who has experience working in a Muslim or Hindu area. We have a good Romanian partner that works diligently in this unique harvest field. Men like him are few. I need someone to join with him in the work and help discover and map existing work. English is a necessity as this subset of the population often uses English as their common language. Having Arabic would also be a huge asset but not a necessity.

Medical Ministry Coordinator - Madagascar

Madagascar consistently ranks in the top 10 poorest countries in the world. Madagascar’s overall health system is poor, especially following the long crisis after the 2009 political coup. There is a great lack of access to health care in remote rural regions, where many women and children are left without basic, life-saving social services. Child mortality remains a great challenge. Every year, some 44,000 children, or 120 every day, still die before their fifth birthday. (cited from UNICEF Madagascar website) The overall poverty and lack of proper healthcare provide an open window for gospel impact. By meeting the physical needs of these communities, the Medical Ministry Coordinator would build invaluable inroads into new seed sowing work.

University Student Strategist - Madagascar

The work in Antananarivo is growing. Many students are active participants in this growth. The University Student Strategist would build relationships with believers (both students and otherwise) in these local bodies and cast vision for intentionally engaging students (as well as faculty). The strategist, alongside local workers, would seek to meet students’ desire for connection and answer questions with deep, meaningful conversations. The University Student Strategist’s primary goal would be to facilitate opportunities for Malagasy-to-Malagasy relationships through equipping local leaders with tools, networking, and programming (English clubs, sports events, etc.).

Your work is not confined to research, as you will integrate with our South London team by taking part in sharing the gospel and making disciples. The primary role of the Luanda Urban Strategist will be to mobilize the existing bodies in the greater Luanda area to reach the unreached. The Strategist will research, in cooperation with others, priority population segments and places. The Strategist will also work together with others to develop an effective strategy to equip existing work and mobilize believers to priority areas. It is important to incorporate all aspects of the core missionary task in this urban strategy. A comprehensive urban strategy for Luanda should also include student engagement, community development, and healthcare outreach as means of sharing.

Katowice is an emerging global metro area in Europe of 3 to 5 million people, but only one thousand believing Christians.

You will share pizza with students, develop deep relationships in existing churches, drink coffee to share culture and learn language, lead small Bible studies in your home, and foster partnerships between local pastors and American teams.

Church Planter/Refugee Ministry - Budapest, Hungary

By joining our Russian- language team in Budapest, you will help us advance our goal of planting a healthy Russian-language church. Much of our recent work has focused on reaching the Ukrainian refugees and ministering to their needs. We will continue to do this as we learn to reach the Russian-speaking population that is not in need of humanitarian aid, developing evangelism strategies to reach them and draw them into discipleship. You will help us gather people into groups and draw them into discipleship. We need help developing our evangelism and discipleship among teenagers, students, and youth in Budapest whose first language is Russian. You will also have opportunities to help us explore new areas outside of Russia where we can reach Russian speakers and develop new partnerships for missions.

The South Asian population has rapidly grown in Portugal. There are over 100,000 south Asians in Lisbon alone and more across the country. The agricultural industry depends on these new immigrants.

This role is for someone passionate about reaching south Asians and helping this immigrant community. This position entails doing community ministry to meet needs and to do evangelism to share the gospel with the goal of starting churches in every neighborhood and area where south Asians live.

Church Planting Catalyst for University Students/Young Professionals - Lisbon, Portugal

There are over 120,000 college students in Lisbon. Young professionals make up an even larger group. Both segments are very unreached and have some of our lowest evangelical rates. Portugal is 2% evangelical (more than 1% of that is from immigrants). You would do evangelism among students and young professionals, start Bible discovery groups and discipleship groups and to try to get churches planted among this demographic.

Student Catalyst - Bratislava, Slovakia

You will be joining a relatively new team that is seeking to share the gospel and plant a church in Bratislava. This team is exploring new ways to partner with Slovak Baptists to encourage and catalyze evangelism, church planting, and leadership development. Since our team is small, your role will be crucial to engage different parts of the city with the gospel.

Flexibility is essential but have no doubt that you will be partnering with a strong group of Christ-followers who are eager to see people in Bratislava know Jesus. Means of engagement can include joining social groups, starting new groups, presence among university students, and community events.

Church Planting Catalyst - Rome, Italy

In Rome, Italy, there is a great need for broad evangelism among immigrants from predominantly Muslim countries, and for deep relational discipleship of any who believe. 80 thousand or more people are in Rome from countries in Southern or Central Asia, or Africa. Many refugees from these areas tell stories of being lied to along their journey here with promises of a better life. Many are eager to learn of the hope available in Christ, but others are less so, as they many often also deal with resentment and cynicism because of how they have been treated in the past. Knowledge of any Central or South Asian or North African languages is a plus, but not necessary to begin. English skills (or Italian if you already know it well) is necessary for coordinating with various partners. Italian is the majority language in the country, and any workers here should strive to gain competency in Italian, regardless of what people groups they work with.

Church Planting Catalyst - Central Italy

There are several Chinese churches already established in the city of Rome. However, there are some specific areas with higher concentrations of Chinese who still don’t have a local church serving in their language. Furthermore, there are pockets at the edges of Rome’s metropolitan area, and in the adjacent, less centralized communities beyond which still need engagement. There is an opportunity to come start healthy Bible studies in these areas with an intention of starting multiplying churches. Whoever pursues this opportunity will also likely need to network with and mobilize existing believers towards implementing strategies to reach and equip these underserved pockets of the Chinese population. Strategic, and possibly frequent, travel to smaller cities and towns in Central Italy will be an important part of this role. Knowledge of Mandarin is likely necessary to pursue this opportunity as learning Chinese locally would be an added, and logistically difficult, challenge. Learning Italian would also be a high priority, particularly as emerging generations increasingly use the local language.
